Information you give us
- Enquiry form: your name, mobile number and the course you're interested in. The form is provided by Google Forms, so your answers are stored in ABS Foundation's Google account.
- Phone calls and WhatsApp: your number and whatever you choose to tell us.
We use this information only to answer your enquiry — for example, to call you about courses, batches and fees. We do not sell it or share it with other institutes.
Information collected automatically
- Website analytics: if enabled, we use Google Analytics to count visits and see which pages are useful — for example, pages viewed, device type and approximate location. Google Analytics uses cookies.
- Enquiry popup: your browser remembers when the enquiry popup was last shown, so it doesn't appear on every visit. This is stored only on your device and contains no personal details.
Content from other services
Some pages show content from other companies: Google Maps (our centre locations), YouTube videos (loaded only when you press play) and our latest Instagram posts. When this content loads, those companies may receive your IP address and set their own cookies under their own privacy policies.
Students under 18
Many of our students are under 18. To be confirmed: how ABS obtains a parent's or guardian's consent when a student under 18 submits an enquiry.
How long we keep information
